Thank you for shopping with M Spa. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing Time


Orders are processed within 72 hours. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


We always work to get your order out as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary during sales, product launches, or high volume periods.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Times


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.


Estimated delivery time is three to seven business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Local Pickup in Boise, Idaho


Local customers in the Boise area may select Local Pickup at checkout.


Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with pickup instructions. Pickup is available at:

Lost or Delayed Packages


Once your package leaves our facility and is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery falls to the carrier.


We are not responsible for:

Lost packages

Delayed deliveries

Packages marked as delivered but not received

Weather related delays

Carrier errors


If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for the fastest assistance. You may also file a claim through the carrier’s website.


We will do our best to help guide you, but reimbursement for lost or delayed mail must be handled through the carrier.


Damaged Packages


If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Keep all packaging materials and the product.

2. Take clear photos of the damage.

3. Email us within three days at Marti@MSpaBoise.com with your order number and photos.

4. You may also file a damage claim with the carrier using your tracking number.


We will work with you to make it right.


Incorrect Shipping Information


Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.


If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
