Return and Refund Policy
At M Spa, we take pride in the quality of our skincare products and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns and Exchanges
Because of the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened items may be eligible for return or exchange only if the product arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must notify us within three days of delivery. Please email us at Marti@MSpaBoise.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly review your case and make it right.
Any request made after the three day window will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
Damaged Items and Shipping Issues
Once your package has left our facility and is handed to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. M Spa is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit.
If your package was damaged during shipping, please take the following steps:
1. Save all packaging materials and the product.
2. Take clear photos of the damage.
3. Use your tracking number to file a claim directly with the carrier.
4. Email us within three days so we can assist you if needed.
We will work with you to help guide the process, but final reimbursement for shipping related damage comes from the carrier.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please email us within three days along with a photo of what you received. We will send the correct item as quickly as possible.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment. Refund processing time is typically five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Non Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Opened or used products
• Items marked as final sale
• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Any request submitted after three days of delivery
